I had one, a blaze I believe. I hated it, I sold it and bouth a free weight rack and bench with dumbells and some attachments. It cost less than the the bowflex and I like it more.

well, got it, set it up. man, what a bitch to set up, you get more of a work out setting it up than using it.

its ok, not what i expected, but will do what i need it to do

Not easier by any means. I just need more convience. It's not like the old days where I work a few hours a day scalping(cough, cough) lines, now I'm a working man, and it blows.

The results will come with time. For anyone thinking of buying one, do the upgrade to 310lbs, 210lbs will get light, really quick.

so far, i like it, not like free weights, but easy on the joint, and im not looking to get like hulk, just get some form back is all

it sux....go to the gym and hit the free weights. There is no easy way out. If it were easy, every bum would be ripped.

DIET IS KEY....make no bones about it. Its 90% at least

dude, this is a joke if you actually wanna mass up...this is the biggest ripoff machine...i guess it does work...but with that much money, either hit the gym or buy a a bench, dumbells, barbells, and buncha weights...and you'll still have enough money left over to buy supplements and shakes.
bowflex....:think2: it guess its the infomercials thats deluding the buyers...
